Discussing Cause-1
I've decided to major in English for some reasons. To begin with, English is my favorite subject. When I was a junior high school student, my teacher always encourged me to answer questions in English. Even I gave a wrong answer, she would ask me to try again instead of blaming me and that's why I am interested in learning English . In addition, English is an international language. If I can speak English fluently, I will be able to communicate with foreigners without an interpreter, and that I can travel to other countries alone. Most importantly, learning a new language can improve my competitiveness and it has a great help in my career. To sum up, it's for all the above-mentioned reasons that I made this decision.
