  Many people drink coffee to stimulate themselves every day. However, according to the opinion of experts, drinking too much coffee may have negative effects on our health for it contains caffeine. Firstly, you may suffer from insomnia every night and that you will be low-spirited next day, which makes you be unable to focus on your work. In addition, you could feel your heart beating fast or irregularly if you drink more than four cups of coffee a day. Supposing that you don’t go to see a doctor for a treatment, it might become a serious heart disease. Moreover, heavy caffeine would make gastrointestinal problems that cause you to feel nausea or have a stomachache. To sum up, never drink too much coffee a day, or it will be harmful to your health.
