  I am hiring a new English instructor for my school, and I received Lynn Whitnall’s and Debra Fines’ resumes. After I read the resumes, I decided to hire Debra Fines. Here are the reasons why I made this decision. Firstly, Debra got five degrees, while Lynn got only one. It is no doubt that Debra studied English longer that Lynn. Moreover, Debra has more employment experience than Lynn. I think that a person who is veteran will work more efficiently. Although Lynn masters more languages than Debra dose, they are not English. So I think that she is not suitable for the job. That’s why I want to hire Debra Fines.
